In line with soon to be implemented government regulatory policy & standard, KF is structuring our in-house total training academy towards real estate industry credibility, effectiveness & realtor certification.

Real Estate Foundation (REF) - New realtors who join us will immediately go through the agency REFcourse, to be introduced to basis processes & procedures of Real Estate Practice.

KF In-house CES training sessions are specially designed regularly to help Knight Frankers pass their examination, to get ready for the anticipated upcoming regulatory agent accreditation.

Continuous Professional Development (CDP) - To keep our Realtors up-to-date on the latest real estate practices & tools, and upgrading with the advanced knowledge & skill-set, KF organizes CDP quarterly.

REAL Hands-On Practice Program* - On the team basis, REAL fundamental practical hands-on training on Basic Prospecting(Level 1) is tailored for newcomers who just completed the REF course, and REAL Prospecting & Marketing (Level 2) is catered for practicing agents who may be inexperience or feel that they need a refresher. REAL Business (Level 3; coming soon), which includes investing & building long-term REAL online business presence & identity, is specially formulated for team members who are ready to be REALtor for life.

Group Weekly Tuition - Less formal & more interactive tuition/revision on high demand subjects are conducted weekly on group level.

Hi-5 - A bi-weekly agency motivational networking event, is specially organized to motivate via sharing and recognition of top performers.

KF Toastmaster Club (under-construction) - for confidence building on public speaking, especially for our leaders, an in-house toastmaster club will soon be roll-out in the coming quarter.
